Making Other Plans was a multi-sensory recreation of 17th-century French salon culture, staged in several locations across Toronto. It came to life as a collaboration between a singer, a pianist and a chef complete with melodic revelry, comedy and storytelling. To round out the experience, complimentary drinks and fine Italian and French pastries were served to the audience throughout the evening.
